<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The company is looking for the best Junior Business Development Executive on the market, so has the tenacity and is eager to prove their worth by achieving a result that will see them earn on a lifetime incentive scheme. You read correctly; earn commissions off the deals you broker for the lifetime of the deal.</p>
<p>This role is not for the faint at heart, it requires hard work and commitment but you will be surely rewarded for your efforts.</p>
<p><strong>Objectives/Duties</strong></p>

<li>Represent the company’s service, starting with a comprehensive understanding of how their solutions best meet the needs of their potential clients</li>
<li>Meet weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics</li>
<li>Generate leads and build relationships planning and organising daily work schedule to call on potential sales opportunities</li>
<li>Develop and implement territory action plans through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field</li>
<li>Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales, and manage the sales cycle to close new business</li>
<li>Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ sales experience within the transport/logistics industry</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation and organisational skills</li>
<li>Possess knowledge in solution selling and be able to obtain data for analysis by management</li>

This company provides wet and dry hire of equipment and staffing solutions for traffic management from mining through to construction and government projects, and for community events.</p>
<p><strong>About the Position</strong></p>
<p>As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for <strong>generating sales growth through existing account management and developing new and existing business opportunities in the construction, civil, government, mining and event sectors</strong>. You will be the tip of the spear in driving growth in sales while working closely with Branch Coordinators and the Area Manager to ensure serviceability of all accounts.</p>
